GF Coffee Cake


Cake Ingredients:
3 c gf flour
1 tbsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp dark instant coffee
1 c melted butter
1 c white sugar
1 ½ c milk
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract


Topping Ingredients:
½ c white sugar
½ c brown sugar
½ c melted butter


Cake Instructions:

  1. Mix together dry ingredients.
  2. Mix together wet ingredients.
  3. Mix dry and wet ingredients together and pour in a greased 13x9 pan.
  4. Make the topping by mixing sugars and butter together, then sprinkle topping atop the cake batter.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
