March 20th ~ GF Coffee Cake
GF Coffee Cake
Cake Ingredients:
3 c gf flour
1 tbsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp dark instant coffee
2 tbsp dark instant coffee
1 c melted butter
1 c white sugar
1 ½ c milk
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
Topping Ingredients:
½ c white sugar
½ c brown sugar
½ c melted butter
Cake Instructions:
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- Mix together wet ingredients.
- Mix dry and wet ingredients together and pour in a greased 13x9 pan.
- Make the topping by mixing sugars and butter together, then sprinkle topping atop the cake batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
